What do you all do, anyway?
Park City Film is a nonprofit art house cinema, presenting world class independent, foreign language, documentary and local films since 1995, with a mission is to create community through film. Our film program is curated to match the interests and passions of the Park City/Summit County community and, we serve up some of the best popcorn in town!
How do I keep track of what’s coming up?
We don’t want you to miss any of our screenings! Sign up for our electronic newsletter for weekly updates on films, and follow us on Facebook and Instagram for more updates.
How can I support Park City Film?
We love this question! You can support Park City Film by becoming a member, making a donation, volunteering, or underwriting a film. All four of those options keep us going year-round. Click on the Support Tab in the upper right-hand corner of our web site for more information.
Do screenings sell out?
We’re a 424-seat theater, so it’s rare that we sell out. But it does happen a few times a year! The best way to guarantee your spot is to buy tickets in advance online. If a show looks like it will sell out, we will post a notification on our Facebook and web page. We will send out email reminders to everyone that has purchased tickets online, reminding them to arrive at least 15 minutes early as these situations arise. Please note that in a sell out situation, tickets purchased online will only be held until five minutes before the scheduled start time for the film.
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets are $8 for general admission, $7 for students and seniors (62+), $6 for Park City members and $3 for EBT card holders. Special screenings (like ski films and Art on Screen) will have higher ticket prices as noted on the web pages for these films.
Park City Film Individual, Dual and Premium level members can purchase tickets for $6 at our regular screenings. For Film Lover and Director’s Circle members, tickets are free!
How do I get tickets?
Tickets are available to purchase online for all of our films up until one hour before the scheduled screening time. Tickets can also be purchased on site at our box office which opens at 6:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 5:00 pm on Sunday. For films on weekday nights, the box office will open one hour before the scheduled start time for the selected film.
