About the Film
Light and airy as a summer breeze, thanks in large part to a lively performance from Isabelle Huppert, this is the story of a school teacher with a camera on her first visit to the sparkling city of Cannes, famous for its film festival. She happens upon a film sales assistant recently fired from her job and also meets a lothario film director. With humor and charm the film explores the power of images to transform us.
“The only way to change things,” says Claire, “is to look at them again very slowly.”
