Park City Film Health & Safety Guidelines
COVID guidelines for the 2023/2024 season (Oct 2023)
We continue to encourage film lovers to get vaccinated to protect our community from COVID-19, and get the updated booster shots when eligible. Masks are no longer required in the theater.
As we are operating in a constantly changing environment when it comes to COVID, Park City Film will continue to monitor local health conditions and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local health authorities and the voluntary Cinema Safe guidelines developed by the National Association of Theatre Owners. We will make updates and changes as appropriate and in the interest of keeping our audience members, staff, volunteers and community safe and healthy. A summary of our health and safety guidelines is detailed below. Please contact us with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All patrons are welcome, but not required, to wear a mask in all common areas, in the bathrooms and, in the theater.
Appropriate face coverings include well-fitted masks that cover both your nose and mouth.
We care deeply about the well-being and safety of our patrons, staff, volunteers and community. With that in mind, we encourage film lovers to get vaccinated to protect our community from COVID-19, and get the updated booster shot if eligible. Park City Film staff are required to be vaccinated.
A physical distance of at least 6 feet is recommended between patrons and Park City Film staff, except members of the same household or those that attend together.
Spacing Between Seats
We ask all patrons to keep 2 seats vacant between themselves and unrelated parties when possible. The theater is operating at full capacity.
All HVAC systems in the theater and common areas are in proper working order, air filters have been upgraded throughout the building
and are changed on an accelerated schedule.
Employees are trained on proper hand-hygiene practices and are required to sanitize or wash hands frequently at easily-accessible hand-washing facilities and hand sanitizing stations.
Hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol (EPA approved ethanol or isopropyl) will be liberally placed in easily accessible public areas and patrons will be encouraged by staff and appropriately placed signage to practice hand hygiene.
High-touch surfaces will be disinfected after every film screening with an EPA-registered disinfectant effective against COVID-19.
