About the Film
This gloriously silly film is a joy to behold – filled with humor, pathos, ass-kicking action, existential dread, and poignant familial drama. The story follows Evelyn Wang (Michelle Yeoh), a Chinese immigrant living in America, as she struggles to save her laundromat and keep her family together. One thing leads to another and she soon finds herself on a reality-bending adventure to save the multiverse from complete annihilation.
