Super Size Me

This was a standout at the last Sundance Film Festival. Director Spurlock has created a very entertaining cautionary tale based on the warnings in the runaway best seller Fast Food Nation. Spurlock committed himself to a 30-day experiment during which he could eat only from McDonald’s menu. The havoc this wreaks on a hitherto fit body will have most viewers running to the salad bar. Affable and amusing, this informative documentary provides a cinematic value-meal.
